Services & Fees

Good therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. What I offer is tailored, relational, and grounded in who you actually are — not a diagnostic category or a treatment protocol.

I am an out-of-network provider. I offer superbills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance plan. See below for details.

Individual Psychotherapy

50 Minutes: $185

  • This is a standard session length for an adult.

45 Minutes: $130

  • This session length is ideal for individuals under 18 years old, or for individuals who would prefer a shorter session duration.

Individual therapy is a space to slow down and actually look at your life — the patterns, the questions, the things you keep circling back to. We work at a pace that feels honest and sustainable, not rushed toward a predetermined outcome.

People come to individual therapy for many reasons, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • Identity exploration — gender, sexuality, culture, life roles

  • Life transitions, grief, or loss

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • ADHD, autism, and the desire for deeper self-understanding

  • Challenges with self-esteem, relationships, or boundaries

My approach is existential-humanistic: collaborative, curious, and non-pathologizing. We follow what's real for you.

Couples Therapy

50 Minutes: $250

Couples therapy isn't about solving one problem — it's about understanding the patterns underneath all of them. I work with couples to slow down their interactions, increase emotional attunement, and find ways of relating that feel more secure, honest, and connected.

Couples often come in navigating:

  • Recurring conflict or communication breakdown

  • Emotional distance, resentment, or feeling unseen

  • Trust concerns or relationship ruptures

  • Life transitions — parenthood, relocation, career changes, illness

  • Evolving needs and identity differences within the relationship

This is a space for both of you to be heard — and to hear each other differently.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement & Superbills

By working out-of-network, your care remains entirely confidential, tailored to your timeline, and free from the constraints of insurance diagnoses.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. Many insurance plans include out-of-network mental health benefits that may reimburse a portion of your session fee.

If your plan includes these benefits, I'll provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt you submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement. Before we meet, it's worth a quick call to your insurance company to ask: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits, and what is my reimbursement rate?"

We can also discuss this during your free 15-minute consultation.

Sliding Scale Availability:

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available. If cost is a barrier, you're welcome to mention that when we speak.
